2박3일간의 답사 - 셋째날
Posted 2007/06/13 22:33, Filed under: 라이프아침 안개가 펼쳐진 주산지를 보기 위해 전날 순천에서 저녁을 해결하고 밤새 300여 km를 달렸다. 자동차 라이트를 끄면 암흑 속에 있는 것처럼 인적이 드문 도로는 등골이 오싹할 정도로 무서웠다.;;;
주산지 입구에 도착하니 새벽 4시가 조금 넘은 시간. 아직은 어두웠기에 한시간 정도 쉬었다 올라가자는 생각으로 잠시 잠을 청하였다. 하지만 그건 큰 실수... 5시가 넘으니 이미 밖은 환하게 날이 밝아 있었고 부랴 부랴 주산지를 향해 올라갔다.
생각보다 거리가 있었다. 공사 중인 듯한 비포장 길을 걸어 올라가기 10여분.
눈앞에 펼쳐진 주산지의 모습은... "어라... 이게 아닌데..." 라는 생각이 먼저 들었다.
내가 생각했던 사진 속으로 봐왔던 모습이 아니었다. 비가 안와서 일까. 저수지 가장 자리는 이미 바닥을 보이고 있었다. 그래도 나무 하나 하나의 아름다움은 변하지 않았다.
주산지를 보고 삼양 목장과 호미곶 등을 둘러볼 계획이었으나 급격한 심경의 변화(?)로 집으로 돌아왔다.
이번 답사를 하면서 느낀것은... 글쎄...
다음엔 좀더 여유를 가지고 준비를 하고 일정을 계획하며 각 여행지에 맞는 시기에 찾는 것이 중요한 것 같다. 그리고 무엇보다 손바닥 만한 컴팩트 디카도 좋지만 좀더 멋진 풍경을 담아줄 수 있는 카메라가 필요하다. 또 혼자보다는 그 즐거움을 함께 할 수 있는 사람도...
